The hosts are welcoming to everyone, nobody is telling you who you can and cannot talk to either, there are no outdated speed dating events, or any cheesy or lame "ice breaker" games, you just talk to people naturally and each guest is nice and respects the other guests boundaries and privacy if they are in conversation with someone else at the event.
