This app is a supplement to the book "MedGuide Pflege" and can only be used together with the book.
Individual use without a book is not possible. Nevertheless, you are welcome to test them here with reading samples from the book (via the publisher's website).

Our goal: We bring people into care, facilitate entry through language mediation and also allow patients with an immigrant background to participate better.
We have developed low-threshold nursing language aids for this purpose. In words and pictures, these ensure that barriers to communication are broken down. This is to make care safer.

How does this work? You can purchase the books in various languages ​​on the MedGuide Edition website: Together with German, you can access reliable translations, e.g. into Arabic, Bulgarian, Farsi, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Turkish and, of course, Ukrainian.

The book contains an activation code to read all the contents of the book aloud using this MedGuide care app, of course also in German.

We offer you two advantages to get you started:



- the language combination in the app "German-Ukrainian" is always available. This is our contribution to a good European neighborhood. All you have to do is activate the app (always together with the book) for a short time.

- You can use other languages. If you have purchased further translations as a book, the relevant app translation is available to you. If you want access to all translations, you can take out a premium subscription to the app at a later date. There are around 20 languages ​​that you can then freely combine in the app!



For the nursing staff, but also for everyday caregivers and family / friends, the MedGuide nursing is ideal for quickly and efficiently receiving relevant medical information. Nursing measures can also be explained more easily.
In addition, the need for aids can be clarified with this. With the MedGuide you can coordinate examinations and hygiene requirements in the hospital, in the nursing ward or in outpatient and home care/support in a more relaxed and trusting manner.


The MedGuide care books are developed by Edition MedGuide in Verlag Mandl & Schwarz, Husum. There are other themed editions.
The MedGuide care app was made available in a trusting and committed cooperation by Minerva IT Services, Unterhaching.

No health data and usage data are stored. The MedGuide care app is also suitable for communicating with people suffering from dementia who revert to their native language. In addition, MedGuide care is already being used for people with stroke disease (hemiparesis) to improve health care. In addition, people with visual and hearing impairments are better supported either by the audio file or by the image.


The MedGuide have also proven themselves as a communication bridge for refugees and people with a history of immigration, since the form of communication makes care by medical teams much easier.
