New dependents can be added through this app. This portal simplifies the complex task of adding new claims which the employees can add by themselves and for their dependents.
Queries will be escalated to the support team through this app. Employees can upload claim documents, E-Card documents of themselves & their dependents can be downloaded. There is an exclusive feature by which the enrollments made by the employees can be confirmed.
