The toolkit supports you to:
• Reflect on your current mindset & understand if you're in Growth or Survival.
• Be present and understand how you're feeling right now and where that's impacting how you show up.
• Reflect on your current levels of resilience and your balance of active, recharge, survival and burnout.
• Reflect on the climate you're creating around yourself.
• Use the Practices for Growth to help you get back into Growth when you find yourself in Survival.
• Have a difficult conversation using the SHARE method.
