2023-08-02	Ni*****	Mindseed app is not working on cellular network it only works when connected to Wifi. How can we keep eye on baby while traveling or while not in wifi connection? The app should come up with good quality of cctv access which can work without wifi.

2023-06-26	Sa*****	Newly add feature CCTV is hopeless, not working at all. You guys should test the application first, before migrating in your app. It is not at all working. Can't select 2 camera simultaneously, the vedio start after 2-3 min once select the camera. Please improve your app or keep it with old vendor, also the recording option is not available now. Keep the CCTV access with Hi-Look if you can't fix the issue

2023-05-18	So*****	Worst live streaming feature (CCTV) It doesn't work on cellular network. It works only on WiFi that too sometimes only. some of live streaming window doesn't work. In short live streaming is not tested and deployed it just a feature that doesn't work properly.

2022-08-02	Dh*****	Always had problem while using this app. Sometimes can't login, and if by chance login was successful matter is not visible, then I was suggested to uninstall and then installing the fresh app and unable to login. While logging my contact number was supposed to get OTP , but never received any OTP . Developer needs to look after all these app related issues. Orelse what's the use of having this app for kids !
