ডিজিটাল আমিন

Digital Amin — your complete digital assistant for your land. Calculate land measurement, unit conversion, Islamic inheritance (Faraiz) distribution and registration costs yourself without Amin — completely offline, without internet.

What you can do:
📐 Calculate area of rectangular, triangular and irregular (curved) land
🔄 Hundred · Katha · Bigha · Ayuthanash · Acre · Square Foot — convert in one tap
🕌 Determine the correct share of heirs according to Faraiz (husband/wife, children, parents, siblings)
📄 Estimate registration costs according to deed value or mouza rate
📍 Find the area by walking around the corner of the land with GPS, and save the measurements
📚 Guidance on Khatian, Namzari, Khajna and other land services

Features: All calculations are done on your phone — no data is sent to the server, no login required.

Warning: Faraez's calculation is a computerized aid only — seek the advice of a qualified scholar before making a final decision. Registration costs are estimates only, not financial or legal advice. GPS accuracy is approximately 3–5 meters — it is not a substitute for legal boundaries. The Mouza map overlay feature is currently an experimental prototype with sample data.
