Update I did get a refund for both charges but do not get tj get the 7 day demo. Because if this I can not give it a review, and. Decide if it will work for me. I raised my review from a 1 to a 3.

When using the free trial, you are already will be charged so your money is good as gone. EDIT FOR RESPONSE BELOW: It's not a misunderstanding, I have all the receipts. I even emailed that particular email even before you provided it before this review to raise my concern and it bounced back to me saying there's not an email with that domain, not existing.
