I love the new upgrade idea of the app. I have found it easy to access, and you can work in conjunction with the book Mindful Self Discipline or Wise Confidence. You have so many tools to apply personal development and growth . I am so excited to see where my development goes this year by utilising the wise confidence book and staying motivated and disciplined. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to change the distractions of the social world to giving themselves self-love
