2024-09-15	Jo*****	I am a lifetime subscriber, but now I cannot access the app. I have written to support, but they do not answer. This is really disappointing. I see that other lifetime subscribers are experiencing the same thing. I cannot understand this dishonest way of dealing with people. Sad.

2024-03-07	Da*****	I had a lifetime account that I purchased a few years ago, and a few months ago suddenly my premium access disappeared. I emailed at least half a dozen times to support with not one single reply. To this day, I still don't have access to the premium material that I paid for. And I still haven't heard back from Mindbliss. This is a -0 Stars if I could do that. Basically ripped me off and won't reply to my emails. This goes beyond poor customer service.
