2024-09-15	Jo*****	I am a lifetime subscriber, but now I cannot access the app. I have written to support, but they do not answer. This is really disappointing. I see that other lifetime subscribers are experiencing the same thing. I cannot understand this dishonest way of dealing with people. Sad.

2024-03-07	Da*****	I had a lifetime account that I purchased a few years ago, and a few months ago suddenly my premium access disappeared. I emailed at least half a dozen times to support with not one single reply. To this day, I still don't have access to the premium material that I paid for. And I still haven't heard back from Mindbliss. This is a -0 Stars if I could do that. Basically ripped me off and won't reply to my emails. This goes beyond poor customer service.

2023-07-01	Wi*****	Used to be my favorite meditation app. I had a lifetime subscription until the last update. Now everything is behind a pay wall. Progress, favorites and everything is now gone. The creators were probably bought by some corporation that only cares about squeezing every dollar out of members. Lifetime does not mean until some Corp decides they want more money. This shows a complete lack of integrity and customer service. Will uninstall and move on

2023-01-07	Li*****	I used to love it; then through needing a new phone, lost connection with the app. Recently rediscovered it & have paid for PREMIUM access - EXCEPT the app doesn't function properly when I attempt to Login so it doesn't recognize my ACTIVE subscription... But Play Store recognizes it & recognizes that I already used the 7-day free trial - so I've paid for full access to the app, without being able to actually access the app. Contacted the dev & NEVER got a response; sign in STILL isn't fixed.

2022-05-02	AT*****	I've become quite frustrated with using this app. I've had a subscription for some years now. When they did the last major update, many of my meditations were not being logged. So it was cumbersome to have to search through the app for some of the meditations versus going into my history. The latest issue is that the app is not recognizing my subscription and preventing me from using meditations that are allowed by subscribers. I have contacted them on both issues and neither hve been resolved

2022-04-08	Ti*****	I have had this app for over 1 yr and I love it and use it every night before I go to sleep. Recently, the application wont allow me to play any of the recordings and states I am not a member when google play shows an active subscription. I reached out to support and have not recieved a response. I am very disappointed and will be cancelling my subscription in google play if this issue is not corrected in the next day or two.

2020-06-03	Tr*****	I have really enjoyed this app for about two years. I use it everyday and have a lifetime membership. The support is excellent and attentive if you need assistance. I really like the meditations by Linda Hall The Honest Guys and Jim Malloy. I reccomend all of the music by Pablo Arellano Qualia and Sonic Yogi.

I, personally, find their speech to be most calming. Some audio is perfect and clear. Other's sound like it was recorded on their phones. You'll find something you like, though, as there is great variety in types of meditation. Just not a fan of women's voices and there seem to be more of those than men.

I didn't get much out of it, nor did I enjoy the content so I stopped using the app. A few weeks later over £70 had gone out of my account! Because I didn't cancel the trial it automatically paid for a year's subscription!! I tried to contact the Playstore and Mindbliss themselves but they both told me to contact the other. Not happy :-(

2019-12-09	A *****	Great assortment of meditations! However, this app is to expensive for me. I really wish i could afford it. I can't afford the yearly subscription in one payment. If it were affordable this would be the best meditation app I've found.
