Quick Help is a simple application that will help you find the right number for the emergency line when your phone is unlocked and you are stressed.

The application contains clear buttons for:
– Firefighters 150,
– Police 158,
– Emergency Medical Service 155,
– Emergency Line 112.

After pressing the button, the application opens the system dialer with the relevant number. The call is always made by the user via the phone. The application does not call automatically and does not send SMS messages.

In supported municipalities, the application can send an additional notification to members of the volunteer fire department of the municipality after confirming the call to number 150. This function serves as additional information for the local volunteer unit and does not replace an emergency call or an operations center.

The application uses the location only to verify whether the user is in the supported area. Exact GPS coordinates are not sent to members of the DHZO or displayed in the application.

The Quick Help application does not replace emergency lines, integrated rescue system, operations center, medical facility, police or fire and rescue service. In case of threat to life, health or property, always call the appropriate emergency line.

The application is intended to simplify access to emergency numbers and to provide additional notification to the DHZO in supported areas.
