MilliyMenu STAFF

MilliyMenu STAFF is the work app for waiters, floor managers and cooks at venues connected to MilliyMenu. Table calls, the floor, orders and bills — all on one phone.

SHIFT AND CALLS
• Start your shift with one switch — calls start coming in.
• A guest taps “Call the waiter” or “Ask for the bill” in the QR menu or on a MilliyMenu Table tablet — the call opens full screen with vibration and shows the table.
• “Accept call” lets your colleagues know you’re on your way. “Remind in 2 min” brings the call back.
• The home screen shows new and cooking orders, your tables and dishes ready to serve.

FLOOR AND TABLES
• Every table by zone: call, new order, cooking, ready, free.
• “Mine” shows only your tables.
• Move an order to another table, merge tables, hand a table over to a colleague.

TABLE ORDERS
• The venue’s menu with photos, sections and search; popular dishes first.
• Dish options, add-ons and item notes.
• Stop-listed dishes are greyed out as “out of stock”.
• Orders go straight to the kitchen; add more to an open table.

BILL AND PAYMENT
• One bill, split evenly or by dish — each part with its own payment method.
• Tips for the waiter and change suggestions for cash.
• “Prize or discount”: promo codes, guest prizes (MM-XXXX code, with a scanner), discounts if a manager allows it.
• Pre-bill, e-receipt via QR code and receipt printing through the phone’s print service (80 mm paper).

MORE
• Orders by status, cancellation with a reason.
• Bookings for today and other days.
• Stop list — if you have the permission.
• Guest reviews and “My results”: orders, revenue, tips and rating for the shift, day, week and month.
• Kitchen screen for cooks — if the venue uses the MilliyMenu POS.
• Offline mode: your actions are kept and sent when the connection is back.
• Venue chains: choose your location.
• Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Chinese.

SIGN IN
Staff accounts are created by the venue — in the MilliyMenu dashboard or in the MilliyMenu Seller app. Sign in with email and password; on your own phone you can use a 4-digit PIN.
