I can no longer log in, even after resetting password. Very frustrating

I love the mill. it breaks down all my food scraps into this lush compost that I can feed my chickens or put in my garden. its the best!

We love adding scraps, etc to our Mill composter. It makes beautiful mulch!

basic app, the device work well, but the application miss many features regarding scheduling, cool down , notification about the need to empty the bin ecc

The Mill itself works great. However, if the internet goes out, it is practically impossible to run. They need a "run offline" option on the Mill itself. The design is too streamlined. Everything is controlled by the app, so if there are any issues, you wind up with a $1,000 paperweight until customer support gets around to responding to an email. And that is the other issue, they have no phone number, so you cannot speak to anyone if you have a problem.

App is fairly easy to use and I had no problems with setup but there is really limited functionality in terms of data. I'd love to be able to see how often the Mill is running but I can't see more than yesterday's data or monthly totals. It also blows my mind that the only impact it shows is pounds of food waste. A simple conversion to methane emissions, equivalent fuel or electricity or miles, whatever, would be so easy and help to actually show the impact.

Slow!! Takes extremely long to load and pair a device which is frustrating considering the device is expensive.

difficulty connecting to wifi; shouldn't be needed in the first place

Got my yesterday and can't register or log in. The basket is full, but there is no way to turn it on without the app.

this is an awesome product and easy to use app I absolutely love using my bin as well, and it's not only helping the environment but it's also helping out my community. I really love it!
