Why is my Mic access required to view the video. It makes no sense. The app always malfunctions and then I can't summon the assistant because the mic is in use by Miku. If I disable the permission then I can't see the video... Its just dumb. I have a $50 Amazon camera that does a better job. Outside of that, I have no other complaints. Video when mic enabled is great. I have had no issues with connection.

This used to be a great app, when the service was provided at no cost when purchasing the camera. Ever since the subscription model, the app is inconsistent, crashes often and now won't even let me log in anymore as the owner! Absolutely recommend any other monitor system for your little one.
