HOW IT WORKS
1. Set a wellness alarm with a grace period (1–10 minutes)
2. When the alarm fires, a countdown begins
3. Dismiss or snooze it and nothing happens
4. If you don't respond in time, your approved contacts receive an SMS alert automatically

PRIVACY
