My Grand Hotel is the hotel management system designed for hotels, inns, and guesthouses in Ecuador. Manage your entire property's operations on your team's mobile phone.

This app is the mobile complement to the My Grand Hotel web platform and is available for properties with a Pro Max plan.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Daily Summary
When you open the app, you see the important information at a glance: how many guests are arriving today, how many are departing, occupied and available rooms, and how many are awaiting cleaning. You'll also see monthly metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy.

Reservation Planning
Your property's complete calendar: each room in its row and the month's reservations at a glance. Tap a reservation and see its details instantly. Check availability and create new reservations from anywhere.

Reservation Management
Record check-ins and check-outs, view guest information, record deposits, and attach receipts by taking a photo with your phone.

Real-Time Cleaning
Your staff marks each room as clean as soon as they finish, going floor by floor. Reception can instantly see the progress, without calls or paperwork.

Electronic invoicing authorized by the SRI (Internal Revenue Service)
Issue electronic receipts from your cell phone and consult the history with its PDF and XML files always at hand. It includes the reduced 8% VAT for tourist services on holidays, as required by current regulations.

Bar and shop sales
Collect payments for bar, restaurant, or souvenir purchases with a product catalog by category and a quick checkout cart. Purchases are charged to the room and appear on the guest's statement.

Monthly indicators
View ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and daily cash flow directly in the summary. Excel reports for the accountant and the Ministry can be downloaded from the web version.

Notifications
Receive an alert when a new reservation comes in or when a room is pending cleaning. You choose which alerts you want to receive.
