Migra Guard AI (MigraGuardAI) is a personal migraine and headache diary that helps you notice patterns—not diagnose or treat them.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log attacks in a few taps: time, intensity, triggers, and notes.
• Voice-friendly logging to capture how you feel when typing is hard.
• See simple summaries and trends from your own data.
• Chat with Mia for supportive, everyday explanations about your logs (not a clinician and not emergency care).
• Optional Health Connect: with your permission, read sleep and cycle-related signals to enrich context on new logs; other signals may show in Settings as previews. You control access in Health Connect.
• Weather & migraine tips: education plus optional local conditions (from weather services) and a short Mia tip when configured.
• Reminders and optional barometric-change nudges (where available) to prompt hydration and pacing—general wellness ideas only.

PRIVACY & ACCOUNTS
• Sign in with Google for cloud features where enabled, or use guest mode on-device.
