In F40, we start by helping you plan for and design a life that you would love, and then we show you how to get there. In R40, we will help you understand your relationship with yourself. You'll learn about how your self-image impacts the way you see others and can either limit you or empower you. You'll learn to have healthy, deep, meaningful relationships with others, and all of this stems from the kind of relationship you have established with your creator. We'll talk about purpose, prayer, forgiveness, honesty, boundaries, and exactly what it takes to have sincere, lifelong companions.
