THE NUHAR HOLISTIC AND AESTHETIC CENTER IN PALERMO adheres to the vision of man as a whole of Body, Mind and Spirit, as all traditional medicines teach us, first of all Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
 
 
 Our mission is to spread, make known, practice and employ the knowledge of natural disciplines such as Shiatsu, Reiki, Meditation in its various aspects, the Bach Floriculture, the Ayurvedic Holistic Massage, the Chromotherapy, the Breath Aware and many other forms of spiritual enrichment, but also combining the physical appearance of the person. We are, in fact, one and the same, and we can not forget or privilege a part for the whole.
 
 
 From the integration of Body - Mind - Spirit, our paths and our face and body treatments are born: by balancing the body we act on the mind; By pacifying the mind, the body is able to regenerate itself and allows the spirit to evolve in awareness.
