2025-01-28	Ga*****	I can't recommend the android application. Also, the AI slop within the courses is distasteful. I advise the developers allow us to turn off images on the course cards.

2025-01-26	Sh*****	When I first opened the app, I thought "oh, just another flashcard app that's covering words I already learned." But it's so much better than that. First, it prioritizes learning the Kanji. So even though I know a lot of these words, I don't always know the Kanji. Also sometimes they bring up edge cases like special pronunciations that I didn't know about. Then for grammer it's all stuff I know so far, but I am learning all these nuances I didn't know. You can also import Anki Decks.

2024-12-22	An*****	I used the Migaku Android app for a while, but after a crash, it started crashing every time I opened it. After force-stopping and reopening, I had to log in again. Entering my credentials showed a strange prompt that flashed briefly. Subsequent login attempts displayed a notification with a blank button, which felt unclear. There should be a clear prompt, such as a browser redirection. Overall, the app lacks stability and needs better attention to detail in user experience.

2024-12-20	Yo*****	This app is just Duolingo, but actually useful. I can only speak for the Japanese course but from that alone, the flashcards are great and adjustable, teaches you actually useful, practical and common Japanese while also letting you learn more. Teaches you the more intricacies of the language and goes more in depth about the particles. (ALSO NO ADS OR FEATURES BEHIND PAYWALL 100/10!!!) what I would recommend is widget support so you can be reminded to do your lesson on your homescreen!

The focus on comprehensive examples rather than memorization and tests makes lessons more engaging and rewarding. The UI has a few quirks but it gets the job done. Please stop using AI images though. They cheapen the experience.

2024-12-10	Mi*****	The free trial doesn't let you do anything. Tried to do the very first lesson for Korean Fundamentals and I'm locked out. I guess the "free" trial is only to let you look around, but I can't even try it out to know whether I want to pay the sub.

2024-11-22	Ta*****	i have been wanting to learn korean for SO long, but i also realized "oh i cant just understand everything just because i know the alphabet" and i came from akidearst's video because i ALSO wanna learn japanese, and i also love watching k-dramas and anime, so this has been REALLY helpful, thank you SO SO SOOOO much for this wonderful app!!
