| 2024-11-22 | App is great! Makes it really easy to access every function of my bank. I believe there is planned maintenance Every Sunday night, as my app stops working for a bit every Sunday. Also, the simplicity of the app ranks right up they're with MyChart. | ||

| 2024-09-09 | Works as well as any other banking app. Much better than it was a year ago. Added check deposit online, which helped them match the apps of big banks. Have had occasional problems with check deposit through the app that are usually cleared up within a couple weeks. | ||

| 2023-06-03 | Glitchy and not user friendly. Started only opening when I am connected to wifi and has consistently had issues loading. I've called the number and they tell me everything seems fine and to uninstall and reinstall which I have done multiple times... Still having the same issues. I will be switching banks soon if they don't get these bugs figured out! | ||

| 2023-04-02 | I'm so over this app. If you aren't going to have more locations at least have a decent app. I have to reset my login info almost every time I use it, fingerprint login is forgotten every time I use it again, and the app crashes 90 percent of the time I try to do a remote deposit. Guess I have to drive 30 minutes to deposit my checks once again. Maybe it's time to switch banks. | ||

| 2023-02-01 | I love the bank, been a member for almost a decade now but the app has had the same bugs with fast balance and crashing for over 6 years now. I've called customer service and they always say oh we will look into it and get back to you. This has yet to happen (like the 5th time I've tried too). The push notifications are also not working now with the latest update . | ||

| 2022-10-24 | **EXTREMELY** unreliable. When it works, it's great! Simple user interface, good features - the problem is 3-4 times a week I will try to sign in and it says that there is an unexpected error/I cannot be logged in at this time. It's EXTREMELY concerning when I need to confirm a payment has processed and I can't log in. Another annoyance is that it constantly asks for 2FA codes, despite me using my fingerprint to login. I should not have to verify so frequently, especially with biometric logins. | ||

| 2021-11-07 | I would have rated it 5 stars but there was a recent change to the deposit function and it automatically takes the photo, sometimes before the image is aligned. Then it gives a message that the deposit is not allowed because the image is blurry! Please go back to allowing the user to select the image. Also, it is annoying that the "1" is in the deposit amount! | ||

| 2021-09-24 | As many have stated, when it works, its great. However, more than once, when I open the app, it takes forever to access the login screen. When it does load, it doesn't remember my username and finally, when I enter the login info, it again just spins. I wish American Trust never sold to them. Things were much better before MidwestOne took over. | ||

| 2021-08-23 | Mobile deposit is a little dated compared to other banking apps but I have no issues with images not being accepted like other users. Just the extra steps of having to clear out the default amount each time and not being able to see the deposits without completely leaving the app and coming back in. | ||

| 2021-07-06 | I love the convenience, but deposits are difficult. You have to back out the $0.01 to enter your amount and my keyboard covers it up. I usually have to try 2 or 3 times to get the images to take. Might be nice if one image was ok, you just had to retake the other one. Also, when the images don't work, you have to re-enter everything. | ||
