2024-07-01	Ja*****	I am not happy with the ability to over charge my account when I am not allowed to do so but when a machine overdrafts my account I'm held responsible for the amount plus a overdraft fee . And have been stolen from multiple times by infuze and have tried to get my checking account upgraded but since I have not been able to keep my account in the positive for a yr I have been unable to solve problems

2023-03-25	Mi*****	Worst ever! My account was overdrawn when it had protection on it to never get below a certain amount. Yet they still have it saying that it's my fault. The one thing is I've only used the account to transfer money for my significant other and that's it. I would definitely not use this bank!

2022-08-24	Pa*****	The app is super buggy. You cant reset the password or username using the app or by going on their website either. I can't pay any accounts using the app or website either. I have to physically go in the store or call them and pay using my debit card.

2022-07-21	Ch*****	Been a customer here since 2007. Very few issues or problems with the app or the credit union. They have always been very fair, even when I'm being a dummy. I don't use a lot of the features, but nice to know they're there if I need them. Only one thing I wish they'd simplify is their bill pay feature. To me, it is very confusing, especially the deliver by date and the send out date. I don't know how many times I have messed this up. Other wise, great app.

2022-07-05	My*****	I have banked with Infuze for several years. Before this experience I would have reviewed them as a "good one". I have even recommended them. I haven't needed them, for the most part, they hold my money. However this past weekend which was July 4th (so they had extended closures) and due to no fault of my own, a fraud hold was placed on my card. Infuze has to change the customer # on file with fraud services. I have had my new number for 15months. Infuze has this number. Fraud services did not.

2022-04-18	Te*****	I was told Bitcoin is now used at my bank. I don't see any such functions in the app. Needs a link to fraud division so I can quickly let them know if a charge they flagged is really me or is fraudulent. When something does get flagged and a hold put on my card it would be nice to get a notification from the app when it happens rather than finding out the next time I make a purchase.

2022-04-11	Ci*****	I like everything about the app, except the deposit mode, it's very glitchy, and right now for the past 6 weeks I have been unable to deposit a check, it keeps saying retake the picture. No one seems to know why. But I like the access, it's very quick.
