I have been using this app for more than 10 years. I has, like it's name, all the essential functions that I would expect in a GPS application. You can download offline maps, navigate, take georeferenced photos, use a compass, record waypoints, record tracks etc. etc. It will record, with the precision of the phone, which means if you have precision tracking on it will do something like +- 3m-10m. It takes little or no battery when functioning and you can export in many formats. Great App.
