UI/UX is confusing and unintuitive; icons are meaningless and navigation is hard to use.
Search is missing or hard to use; image/upload flows are poorly accessible.
Enterprise authentication issues and device compatibility limitations (MAM/Company Portal problems; not tablet-friendly).
