I was just about to enter payment details and i got an email of violationg their so called policies and suspended my account. I apealed that how can i violate your policies when i did not even use the account and ran any ad on it even i just entered my email address to create the account. But after few hours i got the email suspension upheld because i am violating their policies i don't know how. Worst experience

I’ve been using this account for years without any issues. In the past year, I’ve only had one or two campaigns running ads, and I haven’t made any changes. I don’t understand what caused the suspension, and they haven’t provided any details. It’s really disappointing.

2024-09-16	Ol*****	The main problem is when I try to add money to my account using this app and switch to my bank app to confirm the payment, I switch bank to this app and see only blank page. Paying via browser works fine.

2024-08-30	Ri*****	Worst advertisement network. Your account will get suspended even you don't create any campaign. First they will disable the account and then irritate you. Better to go for google ads. Also they have ancient dashboard which they don't know how to make user friendly. Specially there keyword planner is most oldest thing on earth

2024-08-27	Ja*****	I spend over an hour of my time setting up my account to literally get my account suspended for no reason since I'm a first time user. I spend thousands of dollars monthly on google ads and decided to see if bing ads is any good and now I know why Google is champion. Thank you for wasting my time Microsoft and you won't get a penny from me but thats probably a good thing since you don't care about customer acquisition means you don't care about your customers.

2024-08-04	do*****	Banned over a year ago because of the stupid egregious policy violation on new account and still angry. I downloaded this app just to give it a well derserved 1 star. Other still complains about the same thing which means there's still no improvement made.

2024-06-25	Se*****	In terms of the basic needs, it's all there. But there's a lot of work to do in terms of being able to really make changes like you can on Google Ads. You only have some metrics, you can only customize columns so much, you rarely have any visualisations, overall it is pretty lacking.

2024-05-17	Ma*****	Hundreds spent on ads, all clicks coming from spam websites! This is criminal. Hundreds of clicks, zero conversions! Shadiest ad platform, they try to cover it up too by not telling you what sites your clicks are coming from. Only way I found out was from my analytics software.
