MicroSkills helps you turn scrolling moments into short learning moments.

Before you proceed to a chosen distracting app, you will first be presented with a short knowledge question. Answer the question, choose how long you want to unlock, and then consciously continue.

MicroSkills is intended as a gentle reminder, not a hard block. The app helps you create a brief moment of attention between the automatic urge to scroll and opening your chosen app.

What you can do with MicroSkills:

* answer short knowledge questions
* consciously pause before scrolling further
* choose a temporary unlock
* view your progress locally
* practice without an account or external analytics

MicroSkills works locally on your device. There are no accounts, advertisements, payments, cloud sync, or external analytics. The app uses Android access to app usage to recognize when a trigger app of your choice is opened.

MicroSkills does not read messages, feeds, or screen content from other apps.
