2025-01-31	De*****	This was once a great app till I made the mistake of updating the app to the new software. It was once so simple and easy to operate, now I'd take my old thermostat back. Now it won't connect to Bluetooth or wifi. I hate the way the unit now operates, it's awful ! No one at micro air will talk to me on the phone. They want you to do everything over the internet. If you don't know the serial number you cannot fill out an service request. Micro air, you have screwed up a once great thing !
This was once a great app till I made the mistake of updating the app to the new software. It was once so simple and easy to operate, now I'd take my old thermostat back. Now it won't connect to Bluetooth or wifi. I hate the way the unit now operates, it's awful ! No one at micro air will talk to me on the phone. They want you to do everything over the internet. If you don't know the serial number you cannot fill out an service request. Micro air, you have screwed up a once great thing !
2025-01-02	Ja*****	It's sad that this is really the only thermostat out there. The update awhile back ruined it completely, and the stupid thermostat never remembers what heat setting I put if it's been in a different mode for a long time. Just defaults to 72. Also, every time I open the app, I keep being asked to turn on Bluetooth or stay on WiFi. I know what I'm doing so stop asking 🙄 past that I have to wait about 3 seconds after changing something before it'll actually set on the thermostat, even on Bluetooth
