2026-09-10	Na*****	unauthorized debit from my account, I subscribed for a trial for $2.99, they debited USD 29.99 after a month and again USD 29.99 today, i did not use the services at all, just that I subscribed you keep on deducting??? this is frustrating and ridiculous, a lot other paid apps ive used, as a bare minimum an mail is sent before they autorenew the subscription so we get to decide and here they just misuse this auto pay feature, im disabling my card so they don't rob me anymore...

The app does not provide your profile details, making it hard to identify which account you subscribed with and to cancel your subscription. You will need those details. even now in August 2026 it is causing me truble and deduction is still there i have lost alot of money due to being unable to unsubscribe and did not receive any refund even after following the whole process given by

2026-09-07	An*****	I used the web version and already made process for over 2 months. then they switched to the app version and I lost all my progress and they are not able to get it back or let me skip forward but instead i'm supposed to repeat all-over from the beginning one day at a time which really made me unmotivated so I will look for another app that is more versatile and I can choose my pase. too bad it was nice while I did it but really annoying that they are not able to let me skip forward.
