2025-01-01	Sa*****	Marvelous!❤️ Surprisingly, It worked within 24 hours after i had reported, though the fault was mine. Unconsciously, I submitted wrong address & a Senior Police Officer called me & showed me a way to rectify my problem. A big 👍 for them those who developed this app. It's very helpful for general people, they can easily claim their complain & get helped from High Officials. Specially, I'm ever grateful to Yasir Arafat Sir, He is an honest & kind hearted person who solved my issue very carefully.

2024-11-17	Ha*****	I have the worst experience using this useless app which is known as the Bangladesh special branch's official app. I reported the same issue twice, yet, when I entered to check the report status, it was showing pending. It is a shame on them that they could not be able satisfy their users :(
