2020-09-01	Ro*****	Dont support any kickstarter project. After i made the purchases, they suddenly cancelled all of them. My money i put into the kickstarters all gone. To make it worse, they refunded the money for the product purchase and still i lost more money bcoz of the currency exchange. Last but not least, there is no customer support. Stay away from this apps. They asked me to email them but no reply at all till now. Only lip service.

2020-08-20	Sh*****	Think before placing an order! Don't use it ! No reliable technical customer support, Take almost 3-4 months to deliver the products and in some cases it will take 6 & more months. Your money will get stuck for sure. After contacting to customer support team, they all have 2-3 fixed responses and just do copy-paste each time in response, whenever you mailed them.

I had the worst shopping experience where the ordered product was not shipped for 1.5 months, there was absolutely no response from email. Finally managed to get through them on twitter, they asked me to cancel the order since they are unable to fulfill it. Pathetic service

Product tracking is worst, there is no email to say your product has been shipped, which is important because it may be months before the product is finally shipped. There is no estimated date of arrival given. There is no intimation for 'out for delivery' or even delivered. If you don't receive your product, you are on your own.

I bought a product from here almost before a month. and still it is showing in the processing and it didn't deliver till date. . I pay also for the product online. but i didn't get my product. contact me as soon as possible so that i can tell you my problem in brief.

Once you get a defective product you're stuck, first of all it takes 15 days to ship and reach, also you'll only be refunded and no replacement is provided due to which you won't be able to buy same new product, because the price keeps increasing. So there's no point of this app and the concept is a big fail because of mismanagement.

2020-01-02	A *****	I ordered product about 12days back still product not shipped and customer care gave same answer irrespective of whatever question asked like standard reply, they don't have any idea when it's going to ship product, it is scam they purposely doing this so that they can get internet free money to do business. and you wait for month the cancel order wasting your time and money.
