2026-08-11	Da*****	The printer is excellent, but the app is horrible! I have to guess the size I need and end up printing a bunch of different sizes until it's correct. You can't add more than one stencil to a picture and it's impossible to find the 3D "try it on" section which is no help whatsoever because I still have to guess the size. The numbers they show you in inches are far from correct. Safe to say that the app takes up too much time and stencil paper!! Ugh, frustrating!!

2026-04-03	Ma*****	I have had this printer for about 2 or 3 years and it has worked great. Only thing is it's not very nice with editing on the app. Recently it had an update or something changed so it was frustrating learning it's new qualities. Over all I would recommend this app.

Ive had to redo the same stencil 50 times before it is able to be printed between the crashes, deleting my work, and mis-aligned editing features making editing on the app Impossible. simple resizing is alright, and it has a decent basic sense of altering contrast and line weight; prints fine if you have the right stencil already ready to be printed. long story short; make your edits in another app before printing it off with this one.
