This app is related to Vadodara electricity board call center for checking the status of complaints registered by consumer. The fault rectification team of each location of Vadodara subdivision check the pending complaints related to no current by using this app and get the customer details and react at the location on time to rectify the problem. Customer can also login into the app and register the complaint related to any electricity problem and also get the status of the complaint.
