UNSAFE!! Don't get the watch or use the app! The app lacks the basic functionality to ring when a child calls an adult phone - this is DANGEROUS as your child may not be able to get hold of you in an emergency. Phones only receive almost silent push notifications with no way of increasing the volume or personalising the sound. I have missed almost every call a child has placed to me! COMPANY KNOWS AND DOESN'T CARE, REPLIES BELOW ARE BY AI, CONTACT CENTRE REFUSED TO TELL ME HOW TO COMPLAIN

We bought this watch last year ,the accuracy of the location was very good. then they updated the app and doesn't show ,works very slow .We are not very happy with this watch,and on top of that is expensive !I wouldn't recommend!
