I love the game, but hit a problem/bug on ciclical loads here where i cant skip the reloading scene... it's stopped my progress for a day plus now

It's been stuck at the same place for 3 days, they evidently knew there is a problem because there was an update but it did not fix the problem. cleared cached, deleted data, uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded on computer, still stuck with no response from game help. I'm going to guess I'll have to wait until this event is over for it to move on. if it doesn't my next step is complaining to Google to see how much of my money I can get back.

My game is stuck in a glitch loop. I cant make it stop and cant do anything to get to a place where I can contact support . Please have someone look into this.
