Available to Commercial Online Banking customers, the app lets you check account balances, search recent transactions, transfer funds between deposit accounts, view or manage bill payments, and deposit checks using Mobile Deposit — snap, tap, and go. The app is designed for business workflows with quick access to essential account management and secure transactions.

To use Columbia Commercial Mobile you must be enrolled in Commercial Online Banking and have mobile permissions granted by your Company Administrator. Company Administrators who need assistance enabling access or signing in can contact Customer Service at 866-563-1010. Note that not all features may be available in the tablet application.

Recent reviews

Umpqua bites for not including Android 9 in the update. This is a good phone, I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new one. Thinking about switching all our accounts away from Umpqua.

On my Android, the app just won't take any number inputs as if the fields are read-only. For instance, I can't do "money transfer between my two accounts, or mobile deposit a check". It's been weeks, still not fixed! Useless app. Update on 7/23/2024: following the suggestion below, I contacted the bank via the "Contact" menu, and left my contact info. So far no one has contacted back, and the reported bugs are still there!
