This app has been aggravating me for 2 years. This past week it's insufferable. For two years, almost daily I have to re-enroll. Re-enter my username, my password, wait for a 5 digit pass code, re-enter my phone number, go to settings, go to auto sign in yet again! to enter my 6 digit pass code, TWICE, hit save and FINALLY get to my account. Do you, in IT have to do this every day? I've complained about this for 2 years. I'm at my wits end and will soon move my funds elsewhere.

This app continually loses my sign info and biometrics. I'm always having to do the full log in with the user name and password. I've unistalled and reinstalled numerous times. When I ask USB, they tell me it's my phone. But this only happens with their app. I have several apps all connected to my fingerprint and never have an issue. UPDATE: Still happening even when the response was they hoped to have it resolved by the end of the month, which was October...
