2024-11-20	Ri*****	I just started using the app and so far it's 🆗. My main complaint so far would be in taking a picture of a check for express deposit. My other bank's app was so much simpler and clearer, so I know it's not my phone. Hope this will improve. Now, a year later, the picture seems clear enough. However, I have had problems logging into my account. A customer service person advised me to uninstall the app and reinstall. That worked, so I hope it continues to work.

2024-10-29	Ta*****	The bankers trust app is very easy to use , it serves me well and has for close to 7 years. This bank is perfect for me, ive never had any problems with them, if u giv them a chance they wont let u down.
