Cons

Constant issues with logging in and password resets.
Frequent app crashes and bugs requiring uninstalls and reinstalls.
Fingerprint and quick login options often fail.
Inconsistent performance between devices (Android vs. iPhone).
Poor user interface and design, including random transaction order.

Horrible app. Half of the time something's broken. I would appreciate 2FA if it consistently asked for it. The APP and their Web UI are not consistent in the SLIGHTEST. I am a Dev so I can see how hard it is to build an APP. But I think RRB went onto Fiver and looked for the cheapest person to build this. I would also appreciate REAL error messages. Also call ZELLE what it is not "People Pay". Also why does a banking app have ADS!!???? Even with how bad Chase is they don't even have banner ads.

Constant problems logging in to account even though my login info is saved in phone. I've been locked out of the app and have had to reset password so many times I lost count. Please fix the issue, I'm obviously not the only person experiencing this.
