2025-01-26	*****	How many people Read the "Terms and Privacy Conditions", Too many, too much. Users Please Read the "Privacy Policy" before Giving your Consent to this app. I don't know why do you need Access to "Bluetooth, Camera, Microphone, Videos, Location, etc, Almost Access to All Mobile data. We Give/Upload Photos, Audio Files also can Make Video call to "Astrology apps" They never Asked Access to these many things. Sorry, I have Dleted this App After Reading What r the things it is Asking Access for.

2025-01-20	Ma*****	Its very terrible experience with the Mfine app. My claim has been stuck in the middle of processing, when i am trying to redeem my benefits points, its not proceeding further but the points that were given by my organization had already been deducted from my organization's wallet, i had clicked on the redemption URL link provided multiple times but its not moving forward, i want to know how should i redeem my benefit points and get the voucher number so that i can order my products.

2025-01-02	Sr*****	I've ordered suppliments from MFINE on 28th December while ordering it showed delivery date by 2nd Jan. but, on 1st Jan delivery date was updated to 6th Jan.I reached out the customer care and explained the issue. They told that my order will be added to the priority list and I will be receiving a call for confirmation. I waited for the call but I didn't receive any from them instead on 2nd Jan they cancelled my order. This is the response I got after 5 days. Apollo pharmacy is 1000 times better

Ten days ago, it showed under invoice verification, and since then, it has been under query. I have uploaded the required documents multiple times, but it seems the app is not able to access or display them due to a technical issue. My claim is still not settled. I have also emailed the documents, but I have not received any proper response or solution to the issue.
