In a few seconds, log your mood and keep the details that made the day yours: activities, emotions, stress, a note, photos and places. On Android, with your permission, Meylo can also add weather, screen time and health data from Health Connect.

The point is not to collect scores. It is to understand your own patterns.

As your journal grows, Meylo gives you different ways to look back:
• see your month in the mood calendar and your year in pixels
• follow your mood over weeks, months and years
• spot weekly rhythms and compare periods
• see which activities tend to go with better or harder days

• ask for a short, readable recap based on what you logged

In Solo mode, Meylo stays focused on your own journal. In Social mode, add friends and share the days you choose. See what your friends choose to share, understand how they are doing, react, chat and be there for them when it matters.
