Mexas Wallet is a non-custodial application. Under no circumstances do we have access, control, disposal, or custody over users' crypto assets. Their control, safekeeping, and management correspond solely and exclusively to the holder of the private keys.

The exchange features available in the application constitute solely technical access to third-party DeFi protocols. Consequently, Mexas Wallet does not act as an intermediary, exchange, counterparty, or financial service provider, and does not intervene in the execution, settlement, or validation of transactions carried out through these protocols.
