User Reviews

Many users report frequent crashes and freezing requiring repeated uninstalling and reinstalling to access surveys. Notifications often do not appear or are delayed, frustrating users. Some users find the app buggy with issues like non-functional buttons and having to log in multiple times. However, the app's survey portion generally works well once accessed, and support is responsive and helpful. Visual design is appreciated by some, though lack of accessibility options and intrusive notification sounds detract from usability.

Pros

Responsive and helpful support team that responds quickly to emails.
The app works well for some studies and users appreciate its design when it functions properly.
App has a visually appealing look for some users, including icon and splash screen.
Once surveys open, the survey functionality is generally fine.

Cons

App frequently crashes and freezes, causing users to lose progress and requiring uninstallation and reinstallation.
Notifications are unreliable or do not appear, requiring repeated app reinstalls to restore them.
App is buggy with functionality issues such as buttons not working and need for multiple clicks or re-login.
No accessibility options and notification sounds override Do Not Disturb setting, disrupting users.
App fails to submit videos or other content despite sufficient storage space.

Recent reviews

I like this app. Easy to navigate. Only thing missing is notification of when the surveys are due.

If it keeps crashing, go to the system settings and allow it to manage alarms and reminders. I guess the devs forgot to ask for that permission. Overall not great app design.
