this app is one of the worst! it gives you the remember me option but it never does.. i reset the password once & had a new one but the app refused the TEMPORARY password the app itself sent me!! am stuck because some geniuses decided to save money & stop issuing physical cards for 2025 which means more suffering for all the users.. so am not only stuck with a bad company but also a stupid app too... if you decided to save money at least make the app better.

I can't sign in to my account, the password is correct still it keeps saying invalid username or password. And it doesn't even accept the temporary password so I can change it!!
