1) I'm updating my rating from 2 to 4 ⭐s since the support staff has worked TIRELESSLY to address my account linking issues. ( A++ in effort goes a long way in my book.) 2) The app still has no way of factoring debt cancellation or IDR plans into the debt management tool (i.e. lower or limited remaining payments regardless of large loan balance) but still recommends "partners" who hawk such loans/plans. Makes the debt management tool a bit of a sick pointless joke ...Still a pretty app though.

This is a terrible app. The app coding needs work. Simply trying to enter data into student loan fields was impossible. They're also just trying to make money off referrals to a partner that charges fees for services. Absolutely a waste - will delete immediately.
