I used both mobile and the website and it's bad on both. clears information out randomly, it often adds duplicate charges to orders, and it sometimes miscalculates!

when I can get it to work it does okay. too. often I get an error message and have to uninstall and reinstall.

doesn't allow you to sign in

I don't understand when everytime I tried to sign in my account it always said INVALID. Even when I make another account the result is still the same.

Barely eever works over data connection. Only wifi. They really need to update it to be more reliable over data connection.

Google pixel 7a. My company uses this app. Has great features but when I try and select a number to call it from the contact page the app crashes. Every time. And I can't even highlight and copy the number. I'm supposed to call every customer before I get there but can't. We've brought this up multiple times and it hasn't been fixed.

Methods on lockage!

I haven't had a good experience with this app, I thought it was my provider but they even changed my old tablet for a new one and still the problem continues. Is there an updated version?

Froze upon start up

Support Nightmare!!! Use other CRM solutions! Instead of support they try to sell you customisation consultancy and leave you without a solution.
