Had to go to airport to book the flights. Staff was very helpful assisted in setting it right. Came back & same issue came back in. Can't check my bookings.

2026-06-13	Ch*****	very bad experience. first time use to do booking already got issue where payment was charged and booking not completed. Status of booking showing pending payment. Now need to hassle to deal with chatbot and livechat for help.
