MetalFlow Production supports metal fabrication shops that track production orders, material batches, machines, process steps, quality checks, coating records, and client quotes on the device.

Factory dashboard
See counts of orders in production and items on quality hold based on stored order stages and quality results. Open shortcuts to orders, materials, machines, and coating records. A stage timing chart on the dashboard uses fixed sample values for layout; order counts come from your database.

Production orders
Create and edit production orders with client reference, quantity, stage, and dates. Link material batches, process steps, quality checks, and coating records to each order.

Machine allocation
Register machines such as CNC lines or coating booths with utilization percentage and next maintenance date. View machine status from a dedicated list.

Quotations
Prepare fabrication quotes with line items and approval status. Email a quote summary from the detail screen through your mail app.

Weight and coating calculator
Enter dimensions, quantity, coating thickness, and transfer efficiency to estimate part weight and powder consumption using standard geometry formulas. Results auto-save to toolkit history. Verify figures before commercial use.
