Pick any city or district in India — every district headquarters and every town above 40,000 is in the list. Or let the GPS button find you. Sunrise and the tithi timings are then worked out for your own position rather than for a big city some distance away, and that is what keeps a muhurat honest.

★ Festivals and holidays
Every major festival of 2026 on its correct date — Holi, Diwali, Navratri, Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturthi, Raksha Bandhan, Karwa Chauth, Chhath, Mahashivratri and many more. Adhika Masa and the traditional observance rules are taken into account.

About privacy
No login and no account. Your notes, your chosen place and your settings stay on your phone — never uploaded, and never seen by us.
The app shows adverts; that is what keeps it free. They stay in their own space — nothing in the panchang, the festival dates, the muhurat or the horoscope is sponsored.
It also sends the occasional push notification about a festival or the panchang. That needs an anonymous device registration — never your name, email address or phone number. Turn notifications off in Android Settings if you would rather not have them.
