2018-04-20	A *****	This app is worthless. It is supposed to make it easier to view claims and submit documents. Their solution to showing claims is to embed the claims website in the app, but the claims portal is not mobile friendly and doesn't work on a phone. Submitting documents is a joke. They want you to fill out your member ID and all of your personal information in addition to submitting documents. That is stupid because I am already securely logged into the app. They should have all of that information. I should only have to snap a picture of my documents and press send.
