i wanted to order few items for my mom and wanted to pay in advance but during payment i mistakenly tapped the back button and the order was automaticallu placed neither could i cancel nor i could pay after the order was placed. looking at the app i thought we should give more chance to nepali people but it just turned out to be disappointment and also when i wanted to ask the customer service it a legthy process. i dont get why i need to write my no. and email just for a bot assistance
