i bought an elite pass and i cannot use it because they sent me a voucher. i get through the park and i have to stand in the guess services 3 times because the employees are not sure how to handle my situation... no one else bought a pass before? first time at legoland, not a good start

bad user experience for the virtual line for pokemon trainer. it told us to wait 2hrs. when the remain time was 5 mins, we come back. then the time increased to 30 minutes again and still increasing .. In addition, the Lego Festival like "play zone" is in the filter but doesn't show on the map.
